New Application: Forum

Added a new Forum to the website, which is open to everyone.

Today I added the new Forum I have been working on to the website. All the threads and messages have been preserved, but now I have form previews and validation, a "Jump to last page" link for each thread and I have even found a way for you to bookmark individual posts (the post number is a link). Feel free to test it out!
